    Urban Oasis

If you've ever strolled the seawall that traces the north side of False Creek, you can't help but note there's a lot of activity for such a peaceful place. Small ferries zip across the water, and joggers and cyclists share pavement with dog walkers. No wonder you've never noticed that a 1,400-square-foot commercial space has been transformed into a condo - facing right onto this primo location.
